WorldCard operator of Malaysia, Genting WorldCard Sdn Bhd and Genting WorldCard Services Sdn Bhd, ("we" or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our members (including online members). We will not sell all or any part of the members' database (including the purchases and redemption activities concluded by the members) to third parties without members' prior consent save and except we may share our members' information with our co-brand card issuers, merchants and our, the card issuers' and merchants' holding company, subsidiaries, associates or related companies (both inside and outside Malaysia) so that we can provide members with information relating to the promotions and services available under the WorldCard Programme from time to time and bring you information about any other products, promotions and services (without prejudice to members' right to opt out from receiving any direct marketing information via e-mail, direct mailing or short message system (sms)). Any discretionary information submitted is handled with utmost care and urgency, and will be treated with due respect even in administrative representation.

Other than disclosure to the extent required in the course of performing our roles as an operator of the WorldCard Programme and any other purposes which may be notified by us from time to time, we may disclose members' information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against members who may be causing damage to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) our rights or property. We reserve the right to disclose the members' database when we believe in good faith that it is so required by the law.

We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect the members' database from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure.
